Use an angled highlighter brush or a fluffy tapered brush to sweep the highlighter powder along the high-points of the cheekbones, creating a glowy arc as you move up towards the temple and brow bone. Brush across the bridge of the nose and over the Cupid’s bow. Repeat until your desired glow is achieved, and blend.
