At night, having deeply-cleansed and applied your usual skincare products, place the lightweight mask over your face, hooking over your ears to secure. Leave on for 10-20 minutes (or overnight if you’d prefer) to maximise the efficacy and absorption of the products you’ve just applied.

After each use, gently rinse the mask with warm water. Dry thoroughly.
